A cable tray tee is a T-shaped fitting used in cable tray systems to provide a three-way junction, allowing cables to be routed in different directions efficiently. It is mainly used where a branch connection is required from the main cable tray run.

The cable tray tee is manufactured to match the type and size of the cable tray, ensuring proper alignment and easy installation. It is commonly made from Galvanized Iron (GI), Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG), Stainless Steel (SS), or Aluminum, depending on site conditions and corrosion resistance requirements.

Perforated cable tray tees are designed with slots/holes to provide proper ventilation, reducing heat buildup and allowing easy cable tying and maintenance.

• Packaging Details: Cable trays are packed securely to ensure safe transportation and to prevent any damage during handling and transit. Cable trays are stacked in bundles of suitable quantity based on size and thickness. Each bundle is tightly strapped using plastic/steel straps for stability. Protective wrapping (stretch film / HDPE sheet / gunny cover) is provided to avoid dust, moisture, and scratches. Wooden supports / pallets are used at the bottom to prevent bending and to allow easy forklift handling (if required). End protection is provided to avoid edge damage during transport. Small accessories (like covers, clamps, bolts & nuts) are packed separately in cartons/boxes. Each bundle is properly labeled with size, quantity, and PO details for easy identification.
